Even though the day is Friday the 13th it has been great. My honey made it to Kuwait safely which is always a blessing.
My morning workout was spinning. That class is so awesome I don't know why I don't go more maybe next week I will make a goal to do it twice a week. Why not?
Next week workout schedule
Monday - running speed intervals
Tuesday - group ride
Wednesday - group power and 2 mile run
Thursday - running hill intervals
Friday group ride
Saturday group power & 2 mile run
Sunday long run
4 run days, 2 group power class & 2 group ride class. That should mix it up a bit.
