Great day so far got my work out in and feeling pretty great! Resist a lot of temptation as I am trying to be right by my birthday.

Standing calf 3@15@115
Lat pull down 3@15@50
Bicep curl 3@15@10 lb
Tricep 3@15@15lb
Tricep dips 3@15
Lunges 3@15@20
Squats 3@15@20
Ran 3.5 miles easy run after weights at 6.0 could have went longer but had a bball game to go to.
