Finally back on track. I was in Chicago June 1-5 and absolutely let myself go. Why I don't know trying to prove that I do eat I guess. My exercise was so limited that I just have to set a goal to run at least 25 miles this week and if possible do I a strength cardio/interval DVD in the evenings. My eating is back on schedule but I really do need to go shopping to get more fruits and veggies. I am definitely off all junk food for the week because I have to regroup and get back focus. I just have to remember that I am doing this for health not size. I need to learn that I can have all things in moderation and exercise is a daily habit.
