Yesterday I ended up finishing well. My wonderful husband sent my girls some Applebees gift cards and being my girls they wanted to use the cards the minute that they got them. I actually got something on the menu called Garlic Herb chicken and it was pretty good and satisfying. Who would have ever thought it would do the trip for me.
This morning I went back to my group power class and I feel like it was day 1 in the class, every muscle in my body hurts. That's okay because I know those are good aches for sure. The class usually makes me extremely hungry though but I did okay with that and ate:
Breakfast
Oatmeal
6 egg whites
Cottage cheese
Snack
100 calorie whole almonds
Apple
My goal is to get out and run 2 miles while my baby is at her Girl Scout meeting. I am still shooting to hit 25 miles this week.
