Today I had an amazing workout. I ditched my group power class this morning because I didn't get any cardio in Friday through Sunday. So today was my cardio make-up day. The cardio of choice was to run on the treadmill for about 60 minutes at least 50 minutes I ran at 6.7 speeds which is equivalent to 9 minute miles and every now and then I push the treadmill up to 7.0. I felt so great being able to accomplish this today.
I completed my cool down on the treadmill and went immediately to free weights. Workout consisted of biceps, triceps, squats, lunges, calve raises and shoulder raises. This evening I will have to follow up with about 30 minutes of core exercises.
Goal today is to stay on point with food take in. This weekend, I ate so many things that I should have such as girls scout cookies, lots of cheeses and chips. I don't know what it was but I gave in every temptation instead of making better choices. This week I will do better and use all my tools that I have available for me.
