I did 4 miles on the treadmill. Speed ranged from 6.7 to 7.5 every 3 minutes. I did that routine for a total of 30 minutes. My plan was to go to the stair master for 15 minutes but both machines were taken so I then jumped back on the treadmill at 15.0 incline at 3.5 speed. I did this for 10 minutes and after the time was up still no stair master available so I completed my workout with a 5.5 incline at a 5.5 speed for 5 minutes.
Plan for the week is to definitely take in more cardio. Monday (7 miles), Tuesday (3.5 miles), Thursday (5.0 miles) & Saturday (6.0 miles) will be running days. A 60 minute cycle class will be done on Friday. I will also do my Group power on Wednesday & Possibly a pm class to get my double dose of weights in for the week. I need to incorporate the food portions and maintain control as I am seeing a little problem in the evenings with staying focus and on track.
