Yes it is Friday, definitely a lazy day for me. Instead of getting out of bed and going to my spin class. I decided to do some stuff around the house. I messed around with some free weights but not enough to break a sweat. I will try to jump some rope a little later or something to involve a little more cardio.
I am hoping for a great productive weekend. I hope to stay on track with my food as I can get a little weekend and give in at this time. I plan to get an outdoor run sometime this weekend. Goal is to shoot for at least a six miles to be on track with the half training.
