I feel so good right now. I did have a tempo run which was a warm up at 6.0 and eased into a 6.7 speed did that for 40 minutes and cool back down at 6.0. Every time I run I feel like I am on top of the world.
What I notice yesterday that my tracking is been not 100%. I seem to start off journaling during breakfast first snack and maybe lunch but don't write much at dinner time. This week I am going to change that and be a little more consisted. I need to make that promise to myself. So far all my food eaten has been posted. Just need to do the same at night. I found a great program that works with iPhone so it should definitely be easier to log all my food into the program as it is really user friendly.
Yes I am on my way once again as of today I have 5-6 pounds to lose to hit my goal.
