The weekend is over and I didn't do as well on food this weekend but I did manage to go out and run to offset my bad choices, hopefully this week will be better. One of the most important goals that I have not been consistent at is journaling all food down. If I am going to be successfully, I know that this is the key for me so I need to get to it. I am so close about 8 pounds away from my final goal and I know that I can do this.
Here is the workout plan for the week:
Monday – 60 minutes of Group power maybe a 2 mile pm run
Tuesday – 45-60 minute run on the treadmill incline and hills
Wednesday – 60 minutes of Group power 2 mile run. 1 mile before and after class tempo run
Thursday – 45-60 minute easy run
Friday – 60 minutes of Group ride
Saturday or Sunday – 6 mile outside run.
