Today is a new day and a new year. As I look back on the year 2008 it was a great year for me as far as maintaining weight loss. I officially lost 40 pounds in 2007 and discovered in 2008 eating properly and watching portion size and the most important part of my journey was learning how fitness was so important to me to maintain. I don't know what I would do with out exercise in my life.
This year in 2009 I will have goals not resolutions.
- Goal is to sign up for 4 half marathons this year.
- Run more with local running group.
- Participate in more local 5 & 10k runs.
- Do a Pilates class at least once a week.
- Log all food and meals
The ultimate goal is to stay healthy, focus and stay blessed in the new year.
