Today I ran up my hills again. This time I didn't stop and tried a different breathing approach. I ran up the main hill and then another hill twice. Even found a detour that led me a little different than I had went on Thursday. I may need to adjust my shoes by adding inserts or something because I did feel my feet a little during this run. Brand new shoes shouldn't feel like this so I will visit my local running store. Meanwhile I am feeling great now is time to get down to it. Total miles ran from Sunday to Tuesday is 16.10. I can definitely get 25 miles in.
