Today ran 6.1 miles on the treadmill; mix the run up with climbing hills every five minutes.

This is my plan for the week of June 21:

Sunday – run 5 miles DONE

Monday – run 6 miles interval DONE

Tuesday – 3-5 miles

Wednesday – Group power

Thursday – 4 Mile hill run

Friday – Group spin

Saturday – Group power

Sunday – Rest
