Its the middle of the month June, have the year has already passed me by. I am still hanging in there and will remain to be just as focus as day one.
I didn't go to bed yesterday until midnight and had to get up at 5:00. I really wasn't feeling like working out but I did. I ran on the treadmill for about 4.5 miles. I am hoping to bring a 25 week total in but maybe a little hard since I didn't start off with a run on Sunday.
This is what I would like for my schedule to look like:
Monday - Run 4.5 miles
Tuesday - Run 6 miles
Wednesday - 2 miles and group power
Thurdsay - 6 miles
Friday - 60 min spin class.
Saturday - 2 miles and group power
Sunday - 5 miles
That is the plan for now!
