Today started off pretty good. I got up and did my group power class which I love the new stuff. I can really tell that I am working new muscle groups.
I only have 3 days before my half marathon. I am getting really excited. I will do it rain or shine but really hoping for shine. I am pretty confident that I will finish under 2 hours. I will take tonight to finish up my playlist and make sure Garmin is ready to go.
Meals are a little higher today but I am have been hungry. Eating well and sticking to plan so not worried about anything as I am trying to get my carbs in. Tomorrow I will make me some spaghetti to eat on for Friday and Saturday.
