I slipped a little over the weekend. Time to get back right on track, I felt a little sluggish today but I went ahead and went to my group power class. I am hoping to get back and be a little more active tonight with maybe a 2 mile run. I am now getting ready to prepare for the Eugene Marathon so I definitely need to get more running in. Now it is just deciding on which training program that I can use that work with my schedule with work and the girls.
This is my proposed workout schedule for the week of Feb 9 – Feb 15:
Monday – AM workout group power
Tuesday – AM Easy Run
Wednesday – AM group power.
Thursday – Tempo Run
Friday – Group ride – upper body weights
Saturday – Group power 60 minutes
Sunday – 6 mile run outside
Definitely subject to change as week goes on.
