Today was a very hard day to get up and out of the bed. I wanted to keep hitting the snooze on the alarm clock because I just didn't have it in me to get up after the clock went off the first time. I slowly moved around and got up to use the bathroom with every intention on getting back in the bed until I jumped on the scale and see that I am making progress.
Now I must stay focus and consistent to reach my goal which is about 5 pounds away. I am excited to be so close that this week. I just need to push through it and resist the bad food choice to reach success.
Goal was to do 60 minutes of group power. Task has been completed. Try to do Jillian 30 day shred dvd today or intervals of cardio and weights to boost the metabolism.
