I woke up a little late today. Lately I am not feeling the same motivation that I have had in the past and I need to find it before it just slips away from me.

I manage to set my iPhone to run for 45 minutes, I have to admit the biggest struggle for me doing my workout was just waking up and getting there. I am going to re-track today and find all my progress photos and journals so that I can get back to that point.

I have officially lost 45 pounds strong for two years this month. I am basically trying to maintain and keeping developing strength from workouts and it surely a good feeling. At this point it's not about losing weight now but about keeping it off and continuing to see progress.

Focus is to get back to blogging and set my own personal goals on become stronger. There is always a next level for me and I am not going backwards in the process that is on the top of my list.

The Eugene half marathon is approaching very quickly here. I haven't got a lot of long runs in but it looks like what I have done has been on track and will have me ready for the event. This Sunday, I have to complete 10 miles to keep up with my schedule. I am pretty sure that I can do this. I had started losing interest in doing the half this year but something just lifting me up and said "get back to it Carmen". I know that I can do this! I have done it so many other times before going into it as an impossible task. This year event I am not expecting a great difference in time but just to finish at least with in a few minutes of the previous races. I am pretty sure that I can do that.
