I woke up a little late today. Lately I am not feeling the same motivation that I have had in the past and I need to find it before it just slips away from me.
I manage to set my iPhone to run for 45 minutes, I have to admit the biggest struggle for me doing my workout was just waking up and getting there. I am going to re-track today and find all my progress photos and journals so that I can get back to that point.
I have officially lost 45 pounds strong for two years this month. I am basically trying to maintain and keeping developing strength from workouts and it surely a good feeling. At this point it's not about losing weight now but about keeping it off and continuing to see progress.
Focus is to get back to blogging and set my own personal goals on become stronger. There is always a next level for me and I am not going backwards in the process that is on the top of my list.
