Today was okay, I ate to much fast food not enough work outs but I did complete an ipump workout here are the details:

I'm making great progress and starting to see changes and I feel great.

Today has been another great day. I am determined to do better on hill runs. I struggle this morning on my hill run but I didn't stop one time, I slowed down a bit but that was about it. I just have to overcome that fear of the hill and keep on moving up. I know that this will make me a better and faster runner so it has to be done.
This week my runs total 27.30 miles. My goal was 25.
Here is the breakdown:
Sunday 6.64 miles
Monday 5.54 miles
Tuesday 4.2 miles
Wednesday run rest but did do group power
Thursday 5.55 miles
Friday 5.34 miles
Saturday on the schedule is group power
Next week mileage goal will also be set to 25 we will see.
