Today is a new day and I feel much better than I did yesterday. I got a 5.2 mile run in before my daughter dentist appointment. I will also do the 30 day shred week 1 tonight. My goal is to do that 20 minute workout 5 days a week. Next week I will start back on week 2 and do that session 5 days as well.
Tomorrow is group power with that my goal is to get some miles in as well. We will see that is my goal and I am sticking to it!
