Lunch
1 cup of tomatoe soup
1 plum
Dinner
2 cup of taco chicken stew
Snack
1/4 cup of raisin
1/4 cup of almonds
had an evening run today. didn't feel like i did my best had energy but felt all that i ate for today which wasnt much.
post run snack
2 pc of reduce wheat bread
1 tsb of peanut butter
