A great discovery!
I have found running in 2008 and it is a wonderful thing. This year I have raced in about three events. When I say race it only means that I ran a half marathon, a 10k and 8k run. It felt great to be able to set a goal and completed. I really enjoy running and I am so glad I found something just for me to do. I am a 36 year old new athlete. I feel great!
