1 tsp of lemon juice
(made a lovely salad)
1oz of cheddar cheese
brocolli
cantelope
Snack
Plum
Carrots
Dinner
Chicken taco stew ( it was even better tonight)
2 tsp of parmeson cheese
carrots
Snack
100 popcorn (bags are noting popping right urrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrg!)
2 tsp of parmeson cheese
