Well today has been a good start. After I hit the snooze button one to many times, I jumped and check my checking accounts on the internet after realizing that I would be late for my group power class if I didn't get off the computer and wash my face and brush my teeth as where my day began.
As I got to the class it was jammed pack. Gosh, I hate that I need to stop messing around and come a little early to grab me a spot. Today I was stuck in the back close to the door kinda feeling like I was invading people personal space but I start the class and felt so great that I made it to the class. Next time though I will make it to class much earlier.

Oatmeal instant package

4oz cottage cheese
Snack
fruit salad, kiwi,strawberries&grapes
Lunch
tomotoes & cucumber salad with ff italian dressing
turkey chili
1 cup of brocolli
1 cup of carrots
Snack ate two three small toosie rolls logged on spark people.
2 plums
Dinner
4.5 oz chicken breast
1 cup of brocolli
1 cup of asparagus
Snack
2 bags of 100 calorie popcorn 2 tsp of parameson cheese& 3 fruit roll up (but that count as fruit right) went a little over board on those. I will do better tomorrow. Logged calories 1712 definately over sparks says I should be from 1200-1550. Tomorrow is a new day.
