Today is a good day so far. I got up this morning about 5:00 and I struggle a little on if I was going to go to the gym today. Well I did, on my schedule today was my speed workout / interval run. I warmed up for 5 minutes and then it started. I had the best interval run ever. My speed range from 6.0 to 7.0, I included hill workout at speed 5.5 and incline 5.5 that was tough. Did everything in 5 minute intervals up until about 50 minutes cool down was 2 minutes. Woohoo it is over and behind me. Tomorrow workout is a little easier with doing weight training.

1/2 cup of ff milk
3 egg white spinach, mushroom omelet
1 4oz of fiber one yogurt
Snack
Fruit salad included strawberie, grapes and kiwi
Lunch
4.5 chicken breast
brocolli
aspargus
Dinner
4.5 chicken breast
brocolli
cantelope& kiwi
Snack
2 @ 100 calorie bag of popcorn
dont know why I couldn't stop at one but oh well. its done now! sparks calories log total was 1313 still not to bad.
