I'm getting back to it. I slipped a little bit and the scale definitely reflects it by five pounds. I am determine to let that be my trigger don't let it get pass five pounds. After all this is a life style changed and I need to make sure my life style stays consisted.
This morning I ran 5 miles did an interval workout on the treadmill, ran at an easy pace between 6.0-6.7 for four minutes and up to 7.0 for one minute. I did that for 50 minutes which total my miles to 5.5. It feels great to have that run done.
